 Just so you know, there are 4 things about you (I know there are many more, but these are the 4 that immediately come to mind) that I hope you never change, because they make you stand out:
1.  How ON TOP of things you are.  You keep everyone on track and within time constraints, schedule inspections, etc. without ever having to be reminded.  You do in automatically.  We needed do NOTHING!
2.  How RESPONSIVE you are.  Whenever we send an email, it was replied to almost immediately!  Even late at night.  And there were MANY emails among us.  You were never short, and explained everything in detail.  WOW.

3.  You are your CLIENT'S ADVOCATE.  I always got the impression that you were ready to fight for us - for what whatever it was we wanted, or for what you felt we were entitled to by law or contract.  I never felt you were trying to change our minds or smooth things over for the sake of trying to push the sale through.
4.  How GENEROUS you are.  You paid for all inspections AND worked closely with Charlie without being asked - and ended up giving a large amount of your commission to close our deal!  WHO DOES THAT???
The EXTRAS didn't go unnoticed.  The initial buyers goodie bag, the BIG goodie basket (obviously not generic, but filled with customized goodies that you knew we would need and appreciate :-), and the free combo key vault (now being used by Jorge and crew)... Just icing on an already amazing cake.
I just wanted you to know that I SEE you and wanted to thank you again -- You're the best!  Whenever an opportunity arises, I will be referring both you and Charlie as the "A-Team" when it comes to home purchase (or sale)

Wow, where do I begin? We struck solid gold by picking Gretchen as our real estate agent. Right off the bat, she began to hone in on exactly what we were looking for in a house. We found two we loved on our first viewings. The first we were outbid on, because someone else recognized it was such a good deal. The other house, we were really excited about, but something to Gretchen seemed a little off. She quickly recognized they hadn't been paying their HOA's amongst other things, and helped us dodge a major debacle. On our second viewings, we found the house we eventually bought. There was already a bid on it, but Gretchen somehow worked us in to view the house. It hit every checkmark we wanted in a house. We couldn't be happier.

To sum up Gretchen's role, the lender/title company posed a constant uphill battle. There were constant unforeseen hoops around every corner. Gretchen somehow guided us through the whole mess. She really was an all-star. She saved us money by pointing out that we were being charged Southern California prices for a house up North. She constantly used her Underwriter experience to provide research and point out holes in flawed thinking of the lender/title company. She was our bulldog one moment and our knowledgeable real estate agent the next. She replied quickly all times of day or night. Never once did my wife or I feel ignored. I could go on and on, but I have work to do. All in all, if I buy 10 more houses, all of them will be with Gretchen.

Sally looked over to me when we finally closed and said, "We couldn't have picked a better real estate agent." My quick reply back to her, "You're damn right about that. We got lucky."
